The shop
To ensure that you get the experience that you deserve, we ask you to book an appointment so that we can devote our time and attention solely to you. Each appointment starts with us getting to know you as we understand that this is a big moment and we want you to feel completely at ease with us so that you can enjoy your time and feel confident in making the right choice.
Your appointment is around 1.5 hours long and you will have the boutique all to yourself. We recommend that you bring up to 3 to 4 guests with you. We don’t limit how many dresses you try on at your appointment and we have large, beautiful airy changing rooms for your privacy.

Let’s celebrate, it’s such a special moment we love for you and your guests to enjoy it. Have a glass of fizz and if you wish take as many photos as you’d like to under our blossom tree.
We will take your measurements and finalise the details of your order including estimated arrival dates.

Your dress arrives
Hello dress
This is one of our favourite times in the boutique and we will call you with the exciting news that your dress has arrived with us. You will be invited back to try your dress on and this is an ideal time to combine this with an accessory appointment to compliment your dream dress.

Your fittings
Dress sampling
8 weeks before your wedding we will invite you for your first fitting. Our experienced seamstress will ensure that your bridal gown fits you perfectly. All fittings are carried out in the boutique and she will usually require 2 – 3 separate fittings to make sure that it’s just perfect. We also offer this service for bridesmaid and flower girl dresses. If required, we offer free storage for your dream dress so it can be stored safely until your special day.

Pick up
Exciting, your wedding day is nearly here! Your dress will be already steamed beautifully, ready for collection. Just speak with us to arrange your preferred date and time.

We only ever take one appointment at a time, meaning you have the boutique completely to yourself for the utmost privacy and a very special, unrivalled experience.

When should I start looking?We usually recommend you start looking about one year before, but this depends on you. We find many brides like to choose their dress very early on so they can relax and focus on other decisions.

Do I need to book an appointment?Yes please. We do work by appointment to ensure the best experience for you and ensure that you have use of the boutique to yourself.

How long is an appointment?We allow 1.5hrs for your first bridal appointment

Is there a charge?No, we don't charge for appointments.

What should i wear/bring?It is best to wear nude, seamless underwear. A bra isn't always needed in a wedding dress. If you already have your shoes then please being them, but something similar to what your may wear on the day is great and we do have shoes to use also.

What is the price range?We have a selection of gowns ranging from £1000-£3000.

Do you have ready-to-wear gowns?Yes do have a selection of ready-to-wear gowns, please let us know your time to wedding and a desire to see RTW's when booking your appointment.

Do you cater for plus-size brides?We have a wide range of gown sizes, from 8-26. Often our sample gowns will be either too big or too small for many brides, but with our expertise, you can be reassured we will help you find the right shape, design and structure.

How many dresses can I try?There is no limit to how many dresses you can try. We will quickly gat a feel for what you are loving and help to select suitable dresses.
